2202-10-24 — The District of Clearwater is calling for participation in a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Working Group to consider visible and non-visible elements within the district workplace and the wider community with the view of becoming more accepting and accommodating of individuals, groups, and organizations.
This Working Group will provide recommendations and suggestions on the formulation of policies that align with the District of Clearwater’s vision of being a healthy community that is attractive to all age groups and a great place to live, work and play (Official Community Plan, 2012). This group will also support the development of a variety of events, including, but not limited to, Pride and community events.
