Description: Join certified Doula, Tammy Whelen, as she provides a holistic perspective to childbirth. Having practiced for four years and having nine years of prenatal and postpartum experience, Tammy creates a safe and welcoming space to prepare one’s mind and body for childbirth through healthy daily practices regarding thinking, eating, and movements. As a small group, you will find a sense of belonging as you work through the pregnancy experience and lean one another for support. This group is not only for currently pregnant people, but also for individuals with uteruses who are thinking about embarking on the pregnancy experience.
